Magnolia StampClub FALL 2009

Hi, just a short note from me, Magnolia club kit fall arrived today. I hope I will be able to use them in the near future... They are cute, but nothing "WOW" this time.
The theme seems to be baking and recipes.

and I have been a dog owner for a year...

I can´t belive that Lilltass have been living with us since August 1st 2008...

I hope you are well and happy and enjoy the summer and holidays. This is just a quick note from me, I am still alive and NO I haven´t done any crafting to talk about since April, it has been so much in my real life that blogging, crafting and having a social life has been the last thing on my "to do list"...

He is not the cute little polo bear anymore, now he is a HUGE dog - but still sweet and cuddly.

I think he is approx. 70 cm high and 45 kg, maybe a bit "skinnier" since he lost some weight during his illnes. He was just 6,5 kg when I moved in with us... It has been a very nice year but lot´s of hard work since having a puppy and now a young male dog is not the easiest thing in the world, I think the first year with Lilltass has been harder then having a baby.

Benjamin was on the other hand more "dead then alive" as baby, he was always sleeping and he didn´t cry very much at all, just when he was hungry and he was not hungry much at all...

How ever, Lilltass has been very sick but now very well and healthy, a happy dog! He will be 14 months old on August the 30th. He is just like a teenager, one day he is a super dog, the other day he is just obstinate and a real pain in my as!In a nice way to say this: he has shit in his ears and he has problems with understanding the word NO and all other simple things he has learned during the year I (we) have trained him..

I am so happy for my dog even if he is a bit hard some days, but that´s normal, I can´t think my self without a dog anymore, I am planning dog number two, but I am the only one in this houshold who wants a second dog...!

Magnolia and more

Hello my dear friends,

I hope you have a great summer with sunshine and lot´s of fun with friends and family.

Today I have been at the Magnolia warehouse in Borås with a dear blog friend Therése, her young daughter Linnéa and her mother. ( I have no pic. her mother though).

It was so nice to meet her in real life, we have been "talking" over the internet for a long time now, and this year they decided to spend a few days in Borås. Perfect time for us to spend some time togheter and just talk.

It was not "scary" at all, it was like I have known her all my life, very easy to talk to and a very easy going person, it is a shame that she lives so far from me or vice verce, I am quite sure that we could have lot´s of fun togehter, just drinking coffe or what ever.

Her daughter Linnéa gave me a beautiful painting - thanks a lot, it will be on my fridge forever!

I also asked Therése if she could made a box with chocolate for me, and she did a beautiful after eight box in pink, it was just my taste and perfect in every way.

We did some shopping, I was actullay not buying much at all since I have no inspiration at all at the moment, but I bought some of Magnolias of papers and some rubberstamps.

The bill was fairy low today so I am quite pround of my self. I hope I will use my stuff one day in the near future, still love to do shopping ( not as much as I did before though - but I still hear shopping voices)!

The rubber stamps I bought today... I had a mini Brunte before but I gave it to a friend, now I finaly had a new one - they are hard to find, they just sell the mini´s on events and in the store here in Borås, but they are often sold out. Today was my lucky day to find a new mini Brunte.

The Magnolia papers - they are quite nice.

Hello my dear blog readers, I am sorry for my lack of effort updating my blog etc etc, but my life has been very busy with "real life" things, from house hunting to a very ill dog. I haven´t done any crafting what so ever and I am not sure when I will find time for it either as it looks today.

I have looked at all your blogs during this hectic time of my life, but been very bad leaving comments etc etc. I am so sorry for that! I do love your work as always anyway.

Lilltass had Borelia (Lyme disease ) and had heaps of medication, how ever he seems to be all well now but he needs to build up his muscles again etc etc. Thank you for your kind e-mails and support when he was ill, I am very happy for that, I can´t thank you enough.

It’s really warm here I don’t know what to do with myself or Lilltass on the other hand, he is super hot and I have to do my best to keep him cool.

Now, this break has been very nice for me and my real life, I miss the cyber world, but as I said before my real life comes first, making cards and other crafting is a superb hobby and it makes friends all over the world, how ever some days I actually consider to throw all my stash in the bin and never look at card making or scrapbooking again.

I am normaly the master of finding time for my hobby without any effects on my domestic work and social life but latley I have been feeling a bit "down"and "stressed out" and I had to step down a bit and just realx and have some time for my self and my loved ones.

I am not sure when or if I will be bloging as much as I did before but I will be around from time to time with some "life signs".

King Lilltass 1 year old

Hello my dear friends out there in the cyber world.

I am so sorry for my lack of effort updating my blog with new cards or other craft things, I have been very off and so much other things in my real life has been taking all my time.

I am very happy for all e-mails I have had from people out there asking if I am well and what I am up to. I just want to say I am still around but not so much on the computer.

My real life comes first but I hope I will be back on track very soon.

Today is Lilltass ( Tiny Paw ) 1 year old, and should be named Stortass ( Big Paw). I have pretty small hands but quite long fingers for my tiny body.... I took some pictures of Lilltass paws and my hands to show how big paws he has.

Bad news: Lilltass was suppose to have a wonderful birthday with his girlfriend today, but he is very ill, so I guess he has to be home resting, we have been to he vet and they took blood from him and we are waiting for the results, we think he might have Borelia.

Horrible for both humans and animals.

I feel very sad for Lilltass and I am sad for him spending his first birthday so ill. We have time at the vet next week for the reusults, I hope they can tell us what he has, if it´s not Borelia what can it be? Something is very wrong with King Lilltass.

Hopefully he cheer up a bit when Cocos ( girlfriend) and family is coming for some coffee in the kitchen, maybe he wants to eat some of the cake I was buying this morning from the bakery. He has lost approx 1,5 kg since the week before easter, not much but for a young dog like him who just started to grow muscles is not good.

... just a note from a sunny Sweden, I have been very busy with 100 other things than bloging, and I have also been feeling a bit "off". My blog is not dead, just haveing a break, I will be beack very soon with some new cards.
